Application

The system designed for swimming-pool piping as well as for various types of technical piping used in hydrophore plants, greenhouses, agriculture, laboratories, industrial plants. The nominal pressure of such system (max. working pressure) is 1.0 MPa (10 bar) at working temperatures of up to 25°C. At higher temperature levels the reduction coefficients should be applied to calculate the nominal pressure - refer to the table below. Maximum acceptable operation temperature of such system is 45°C.

System advantages

Product range

The broad range of PVC-U fittings for glue connections. as well as reduction fittings (in the diameter range of 16 - 225 mm) enables installation of a complete system using glued, threaded and/or flanged connections. The system is complemented by pipe holders and PVC-U valves.

Connection methods
The basic method for joining pipe sections and fittings is glueing. In case of PVC elements use an aggressive glue only – we recommend TANGIT or EFFAST-TITE glues. The detailed gluing instructions are available at our company. In case of threaded reduction fittings use a Teflon tape to seal the thread.
