Gamrat multi-hollow soffit shall be assembled on the wooden grill in a way enabling its thermal movements, which are caused by the changes of ambient temperature. The clamps made of galvanized sheet are intended for assembling. The clamp size 2.5 mm is for panels fastening, whereas the clamp size 0.8 mm is for clamping plates fastening. The assembling can be performed in temperature not lower than 0ºC

1. For grill assembling use dry wooden clamping plates protected with anti-fungi agents. Minimum size of the clamping plate is 35x20 mm. Assemble the clamping plates perpendicularly to the direction of panels laying and so, that the front is on the same surface. The clamping plates span – no more than 30 cm.

2. Fasten the closing panels with clamps to the leveled and impregnated latch grill. Use only corrosion-protected clamps with nails or staples to fasten the closing panels. Minimum length of staples – 14mm. The connections of closing panels should be overlapped. You can use appropriately prepared eaves flashing as finishing elements. Prepare the fastenings max. every 30 cm.

3. Cut the first panel for desired size using a hack-saw and insert it into the closing panel.
Fasten it to the latches with clamps.

4. Assemble the next panels inserting their feathers into the of the previous ones and fastening them with clamps (Detail 1).
Prepare the fastenings max. every 30 cm.

5. In the corners it is necessary to use appropriately inner and outer corner elements. Alternatively, you can apply two closing panels for finishing corners. Perform the corners assembling similarly to closing panels assembling.
